FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much do your services cost?

Our services are $27an hour. We do not charge overtime or any additional fees for overnight stays or 24 hour-care patients.

What are the minimum hours that I can request?

We ask our client to request a minimum of 4 hours but understand that sometimes you only need a couple of hours of help. Just let us know so we can arrange the time that you need with our caregivers.

How can I get set up with a caregiver?

Give us a call to set up an appointment for us to come to you! It is free with no obligation. Our Care Managers review what needs you may have to prepare and inform our caregivers of your specific  and custom care.

Can you provide care for me if I live in an assisted living facility or nursing home?

Absolutely! We can take care of you in the comfort of your own home! If you need additional care, we are with you every step of the way to ensure your needs are met.

How do you select your caregivers?

We strive to hire the best quality there is in the industry. Our motto is, if we are comfortable having our caregivers in our own personal home, then we are confident they will take care of our clients! We go thru an extensive background check, criminal background check, and require fingerprint cards. Our caregivers go thru 2 interviews to evaluate their work ethics, areas of expertise and character qualities that include compassion, care, and a desire to assist anyone in need. All of our caregivers are CPR and first aide certified as well.

Where do you provide services?

We service all over the valley including Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, Peoria, Sun City, Glendale and Phoenix.
